1. Absolute Commitment to Privacy
petCare Elite is designed as a standalone, "Privacy-First" iOS application.
- No Accounts or Memberships: We do not require an email address, phone number, password, or any personal identification to use the app.
- No External Servers: We do not own, lease, or operate any databases or external servers. Your data never leaves your physical device.
2. Data Collection and Storage
All information you enter into petCare Elite—including your pets' profiles, health records, vaccination schedules, diaries, and financial budget analyses—is stored:
- Locally on Your Device: Data is securely saved within the application's isolated local Sandbox directory utilizing an atomic, encrypted JSON architecture (Atomic JSON).
- iCloud and Device Backups: If you have enabled iCloud Backup or Device-to-Device transfers (Quick Start) on your Apple device, your data may be included in your personal Apple iCloud storage. petCare Elite does not have direct access to your personal iCloud credentials or files.
3. Biometric Data (Face ID / Touch ID)
petCare Elite offers an optional security feature allowing you to lock the app via Face ID or Touch ID.
- We utilize Apple's official
LocalAuthenticationframework. - The app only receives a cryptographic success or failure signal from the iOS operating system. We never access, collect, or store your biometric data.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Our Premium ("Elite Members") transactions are handled exclusively by Apple's secure infrastructure via StoreKit.
- We do not process or store credit card details, billing addresses, or transaction histories on any proprietary servers.
- All purchase histories are encrypted and securely managed by Apple Inc.
5. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising
- Zero Tracking: petCare Elite does not contain any third-party advertising SDKs, trackers, or marketing analytics tools (such as Facebook SDK, Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.).
- Your usage habits, behaviors, and pet data are entirely confidential and are never shared with, sold to, or monetized by any third parties.
6. Children's Privacy
Because we do not collect any personal information or transmit data to external servers, petCare Elite is fully compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR regulations regarding minors.
